Bow Spring Centralizers
Bow spring centralizers are designed for primary cementing, applied in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells where low starting force as high restoring force, used to keep casing in the center of wellbore. We supply all kinds of bow spring centralizers like hinged bow centralizers, slip on bow spring centralizers, single piece centralizers and so on, sizes from 4-1/2 to 20inch. Our bow spring centralizes are certified by API 10D standard and then have professional restoring force test manchine.Bow spring centralizers are coated by powder baking or paint baking in the high temperature, ensuring them to keep dustproof function.
Bow Centralizer is used for casing the center of a wellbore or during a cement job. It is a metal strip shaped like a hunting bow and attached to a tool or to the outside of casing. It is a critical step in quality cementing as the lack of proper centralization can lead to severe cementing problems including lack of zonal isolation and improper casing support. Bow Centralizer allows the cement to be evenly distributed around the casing string.
