ZHENGZHOU,November 10,2017- Puyang Zhongshi Group designes and manufactures standard bottom cement plug and non rotating bottom cementing plugs. Cement plugs are used for wiping casing ID and providing separation between mud, spacers, and cement. They also prevent over displacement of the cement slurry and indicate when the cementing job is complete.
Our bottom cement plugs is made of standard materials like nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) and with easy PDC drillable nylon core and aluminum core which are used in standard cementing wiper plugs and phenol-formaldehyde resin core which is used in non rating cementing plugs, all the bottom cement plugs sizes are available from 4 1/2" to 20"(regular sizes like 9 5 8inch and 13 3 8inch).
Before the cement slurry and behind the space, a bottom cement plug is pumped. As the plug moves down the string, it removes the left dispersed mud from the inner diameter of the casing.A diaphragm on the plug gets ruptured due to the pressure exerts when the bottom cementing plug seats are at the float collar. This helps cement to flow through it.It twists the corner of the hole or toe end, located at the bottom of the horizontal well. The annular space between the casing and the formation is then filled.
For some very high pressure or high temperature well bore condtions, Puyang Zhongshi Group can use the HNBR material to complete these specifical cementing wiper plugs for drilling.
