Cementing Top and Bottom Plugs Designed By Cement Plug Manufacturer From China

ZHENGZHOU,JULY 10,2017- Founded in 1997, Puyang Zhongshi Group manufactures full ranges of oilifeld downhole cement plugs. Sizes range from 4-1/2” tubing plugs to 20” cementing plugs. Cementing plugs are available in top plug and bottom plug. Our standard rubber cement plugs are covered with aluminum cores and nylon cores, which is easy to be PDC drillable and whose body is molded from urethane.

 

Generally speaking, the cement plug manufacturer can provide you with different plug materials like SBR, Nitrile, HNBR, Fluorocarbon (FKM) and  XNBR (Carboxylic-acrylonitrile-butadiene). Standard cement rubber plug is made of SBR, if  the cementing plugs are order for higher temperature application, FKM and HNBR are recommended, XNBR (Carboxylic-acrylonitrile-butadiene) is used for higher wear resistance.

 

This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required.For top & bottom cement plugs, rotating cement plugs, non rotating cementing plugs and combination cement plugs are designed and manufactured from Puyang Zhongshi Group.

 

These two kinds of cement plugs are always different in body colors and structures . Bottom plugs are red while top plugs are black. The top plug is solid, but he bottom plug is hollow.
